Important notes
Terms & conditions of sale. Works listed for sale are unique, one-off items. If they are shown on the "for sale" page, then they should be available - unless, someone else has made the same choice as you and we are sorting out the purchase, apologies if that is the case.
Shipment is to UK mainland only. We aim to despatch within 10 days, and we will email you tracking details. We use recycled packaging as much as we can.
Payment via PayPal only.
Returns: accepted in case of damage, only. Notify us - gwenatneedlewood@gmail.com - of the issue within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. The cost of returns to us is the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be sent in the original packaging (or equivalent) to Gwen, near Bath. All parcels are sent back at the customer’s own risk; we would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund. If approved, a full refund, less postage will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.
Accuracy: Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, photographs and specifications of items for sale are correct.
Privacy. Only basic personal details required to process your order are collected. Your name, address, email address or any other information will not be released to any outside party. We will not trade, sell, resell, or redistribute information that you provide to any companies, organisations or individuals. Our policy is to keep all personal information completely confidential and solely for internal purposes. No credit/debit cards details are stored.
