Bait/Switch is the most amazing project. But it's so much more than that. It's a quarterly printed magazine. It's an online compendium of parallel work streams. It's a chain letter for artists. It's a "blind-fold", intuitive response by one artist, to just the work and title of the previous piece in the chain - no back story, no explanation, no contact, no questions. Just a simple "respond to this". However, you like. But, in the next 2 weeks. GO!!!
Read all about my participation in the brilliant Bait/Switch project, and watch the video of the stitched piece I made. Here.

"Do you have any advice for someone else approaching this project for the first time?
Just do it. Just do it and don't overthink it. I [found] it quite useful to just keep open a Word document and keep track of my notes to try to work through stuff. And to put in references and things I’ve found. I felt I got more from it by doing that. It's like a no-rules thing, right? Do what you like. However you want to do it, do that and just get stuck in. I think the two-week timeline actually really helps that. You just gotta crack on and do it. So yeah, go for it. Get on the list."
Find my work, Here, in Bait/Switch Volume 3 Number 2 Spring 2022.
And I thoroughly recommend jumping down the rabbit hole and checking out the previous works, and the other branches!
